My Hera is the completely free app for Hera Group residential customers, allowing you to manage all your supplies wherever and whenever you want.
Download it now and log in with the credentials you already use for Online Services if you're a registered user, or create a new account.
With the app, you can:
- View your bill archive for services managed by the Hera Group
- Pay your bills directly online, using various methods and in complete security
- Monitor your actual consumption, down to the hourly details if you have a 2G meter
- Take self-readings
- Activate electronic billing and direct debit
- View the nearest Hera points, supplies, drop-off points, and charging stations on a map
- Access #genHERAZIONI, the program that rewards your sustainable actions
- Activate/access the Consumption Diary
- Access the Acquologo and Rifiutologo apps
Through the app, you can also contact us to:
- Receive assistance with contracts and payments
- Learn about new commercial offers
- Activate the bulky waste collection service
