When a user joins Career Karma, they are assessed, matched to the right coding bootcamp based on their specific needs / challenges, grouped into peer circles, and introduced to a guide that just got accepted into their desired bootcamp.
That guide explains what it takes to get into their program and the user agrees to do the prep work and become a guide after they get accepted.
